B2B Wallet Prepaid: enhanced automatic PNR integration

Ticket number can now be automatically updated and associated to the card information and will then be reported in the Card Activity report. At ticket issuance time, the VCN information will be updated and the TKT number associated. To activate this please contact your local account manager.
