Get notified if itinerary is not delivered to customer
A notification email will now be sent to you in case the itinerary email (Amadeus Dynamic Travel Document and Amadeus Plain Text) has not successfully been sent to the traveler. Here are some reasons that may prevent the itinerary email from being delivered:
- Receiving mailbox full
- Content of the message banned from target host for policy reason
- Invalid mailbox address.
- If the reason for failure is not known then “An unexpected error occurred” will be displayed.
This enhancement gives you direct information about any failure on sent itineraries. The failure notification will be sent by default, no configuration needed.
