Have you seen Amadeus Service Hub's new look?

We are working to improve the user-friendliness of Amadeus Service Hub. The new look and enhancements is the first step but there will be more changes made during the months to come.

One new feature is how you contact Amadeus Support. After logging in to Amadeus Service Hub, click on the icon for Online Request. You will see it under the search bar. Here you’ll find different topics and templates to log your case or get in contact with our helpdesk by phone.

If you have a "how to" question you can also use our chatbot Amanda.
