On May 17, Amadeus Service Hub will replace e-Support Centre as Amadeus Customer Service’s next generation online portal. 

Its purpose is to fulfil your learning and support needs by providing the ability to access self-service support tools, browse learning and support information and search all content within the site such as the knowledge items, Amadeus Critical Incident Centre, cryptic entries and training courses.

How to access Amadeus Service Hub

You can log in with your Office ID password by accessing Amadeus Service Hub directly from your Amadeus application such as Amadeus Selling Platform Classic or Connect, or from your web browser:
