For non-standard products and customer solutions, Amadeus Scandinavia offers individual servies processes through dedicated competence teams. Pre-qualified request and customer expers are directed to 2nd level specialists for fast and comprehensive solution. A standard offering during regular business hours Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00) is included in the product package.

Support for customised solutions

A customised solution must work to the same high standards as a standard product. To esnure this, Amadeus offers solution support for various products and solutions such as API V2, e-Travel Management, Web Services, AIMO).
